These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Finethic (“Finethic”, “we”, “us”). By using this website, its calculators, quizzes, courses, comparisons and other content (together, the “Site”), you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, together with our Privacy & Disclaimer page, which forms part of them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Finethic is a self-service platform for education and self-planning. It offers general information, learning material, calculators, comparisons and news. It does not provide personalised investment, insurance, tax, legal or financial planning advice, and it does not act as a SEBI-registered investment adviser, an IRDAI-registered insurance advisor, a qualified tax consultant or a qualified financial planner. The Finethic name, logo and tagline, together with the design, text, graphics, images, courses, quizzes, calculators, planning tools, comparisons, software code and the way they are put together, belong to Finethic or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
Your licence to use them. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to use the Site for your own non-commercial learning and planning, in line with these Terms. Nothing here transfers any ownership to you.
What is not permitted. Without our written permission, please do not copy, publish, distribute, sell, adapt or create new works from substantial parts of the Site, and do not use the Finethic name, logo or tagline in any way.
Third-party material. Some content, such as regulator documents, data from public sources and videos from other platforms, belongs to its respective owners, and their own terms apply to it.
Your suggestions. If you send us feedback or ideas, you allow us to use them to improve Finethic, without payment or any obligation to you. You keep the ownership of your personal information.

Parts of the Site show information from, or link to, websites and services run by others, such as regulators, fund houses, banks, news providers and data services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices. A link or mention does not mean that we endorse or recommend them.
We take care to keep the Site accurate, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Rates, tax rules, laws and data change, and the Site may sometimes be unavailable, slow or contain errors. We may change, improve, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free from errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranties, express or implied, about the Site, including about its accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability for your particular purpose. Past performance does not indicate future results, and investments are subject to market risks. Calculator results are estimates, not guarantees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finethic and the people who build, run and contribute to it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of money, investments, savings, profits, data or opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from relying on its content or tools. You use the Site at your own discretion and risk, and you remain responsible for your own financial decisions.
If, despite the above, any liability is found to exist, it will be limited to the greatest extent the law allows. The open-to-all parts of the Site are provided without any charge, so the amount you have paid us for them is nil. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to be responsible for, and to compensate Finethic for, any loss, claim or expense that arises from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Site, or your violation of anyone else’s rights.
We may restrict or stop your access to the Site, or any part of it, if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Site, its users or others. You may stop using the Site at any time.
Paid training or planning services may be introduced later, and only after all required regulatory approvals are in place. They would be offered under their own separate terms. Our intention is to keep learning and self-planning open to all, so that hardly anyone needs a paid service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown at the bottom of this page. If you continue to use the Site after an update, it means you accept the revised Terms. Please check this page now and then.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern or complaint, please write to us first through the Contact page, and we will try to sort it out fairly and promptly. Subject to applicable law, the courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
